We stayed at several Quests – Quest Wellington, Quest Napier, Quest on Ward (Hamilton) – they were all very, very nice – nicest places we have stayed in our travels – staff extremely efficient and helpful.
I think it was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in and also the best shower I have ever had in a hotel.

Excellent small town service in the big city. So impressed with reservation process looked no further and booked immediately. Front desk staff knew my name and room number after first meeting, also allowed us to use parking for 3 extra hours for our convenience.
